1. Good hydration

Drink lots of:

•Tea

•Water

•Coconut water

•Pomegranate juice

Drink 2-4L of fluid a day (depending on activity).

2. Eat lots of fruit:

•Kiwi

•Apples

•Papaya

•Banana

•Cherries

•Pineapple

•Blueberries

•Watermelon

•Strawberries

•Pomegranate.

3. Eat fermented food

Fermented foods have bacteria your gut needs.
