What are some good habits to follow?
  1. Drink enough water.
  2. Follow the adage, “Early to bed & early to rise.”
  3. Get morning sunlight.
  4. Avoid processed, junk, oily & fried foods as much as you can.
  5. Eat a fruit daily.
  6. Walk for a minimum of 7k steps daily.
  7. Get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep at night.
  8. Don't use your phone first thing in the morning. The same goes for when you are going to sleep at night.
  9. A minimum of 30 minutes of exercise is a must. It can be Gym, Yoga, home workout etc.
  10. There must be a time of the day when you connect to the higher power. It can be in the form of a prayer or meditation.
  11. Monitor the content you consume as it plays a huge role in shaping your thoughts and behaviours.
  12. Smiling is underrated.
  13. If you drink or smoke, ideally quit it before life quits you.
  14. Maintain a ratio of 75:25 between using the Internet for knowledge and entertainment respectively.
  15. “If you can't speak something good, speak nothing at all.” - A quote from the movie ‘Bambi.’
  16. Reading is the new cool.
