Can I do 10 sets of push-ups every day?

If want to build muscles at home then the first thing is do focus on diet, increase your protein intake(1gm per lb of your body weight)

Do stretching exercises before and after your workout

Do every exercise at slow speed and in full range of. motion with perfect form

Do these workouts as a push-pull-legs(ppl) routine

First-day Chest (push)

1: decline pushups

2: wider arm push-up

3: incline push-up

4: diamond or close grip pushups

5: reverse grip incline pushups (for upper chest)

3 sets of 12 to 15 reps

For abs and legs

1: squats

2: burpee

3: plank

4: Cycling

5: crutches or sit-ups

6: lunges

Do 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps

These are some basic and effective exercises for building strength and muscles at home
