What are the best 30 day challenges to bring some change?

If you're looking for change, you need to commit to the change you seek.

For some, it’s about adopting a healthier lifestyle.
For others, it might mean cutting unnecessary expenses, giving up alcohol or smoking, or avoiding outside food.

Last year, the final two months were particularly challenging for me to stick to my exercise routine—either we had guests over, or we were traveling. But this New Year, I made a promise to myself to stay consistent with my meditation and yoga, no matter what.

I found inspiration on Pinterest and created a simple tracker. Each day after my workout, I’d fill in one color. Here’s the result: 30 consecutive days of commitment and progress!
