What is living a happy life like?

  1. Be very very thankful to god if your HEALTH is in good state, try to maintain it as first your priority. You don’t know how rich you are if you own a good health.
  2. MONEY is somewhat important, it gives you power to walk away from people or situations in life, which you don’t like.
  1. Don’t dedicate all your life just to make money. Life is not all about money, draw a clear line in your head between NEEDs AND GREEDs.
  2. Earn only CLEAN money, it gives you real mental peace, less stress & zero regrets. If you want to see the practical example of this- buy medicines from your hard-earned money for your family members whenever they are unwell & see the magical impact on their health, vice-versa is also correct.
  3. Cut down your friends/relative’s circle if they are giving you stress or you are finding them toxic. You are always average of FIVE people around you (except your family members).
  4. What you eat and what you consume on social media, are directly linked to your physical & mental health respectively and trust me both are super important so pick these stuffs very wisely. Secure these two (mental & physical health) as your BANK accounts.
  5. Be kind with everyone. Sooner or later(80-90% before your early 40s) you’ll realise there is definitely something called “KARMA”. How you are treated as older person depends a lot on your attitude when you are in your youth.
  6. Help needy ones. Helping someone who may not be able to offer anything in return, is the TRUE HELP.
