Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani were childhood friends. They both went to USA and shared common dreams and aspirations.

Ananat Ambaani might be obese right now. But he did overcome his obesity and won in past. We need to respect that.

Ananth Ambani has health issues. He suffered Astama and hence was put on steroids for a long period of time which led to obesity.
Four:
Look at other family members none are obese other than Ananth. This should be enough to show not all rich are fat.
Five:
Radhika Merchant is not middle class or labour class. She too is rich. Obviously not as much as Ambanis. But like Harshad Mehta says after a limit, money is just paper.
Bonus:
I do agree that gold diggers exist but give a thought. Melania Trump gives a perfect answer on this. She was asked would you marry trump if he had no money? She comes back with another question- would trump marry me if I was not beautiful?
