What everyday habits boost our energy?

1.Work out regularly: this habit helped me a lot in building mind strength as well as mobility . Choose the workout that makes you feel alive and Wohh…you will hit the jackpot of good health.

2. Eat healthy : I have felt that choices of food and meal time affects my energy as well as mood . Eating raw , fresh food in portion controlled manner on time is the thing your body and mind will always thank you for .

3. Don’t use phone for first 3 hrs of the day: I read somewhere “ processing information from 5 mins of scrolling reels takes upto 2 hours of our brain “ . Do you really want to trade 2 hrs of the day for pleasure of 5 minutes? I mean , opportunity cost is massive here. And f doing this mistake as a first thing in there morning is indeed a huge stupidity.

4. Positive self talk: don’t be a toxic member for your own brain . Treat yourself the way you treat your favourite person on the earth and trust me , you will know yourself much better and will do much better in life .

5. Gratitude journal: You know , it is important yo not take simple things in life for granted . Ex: a home cooked meal . We all never appreciated it until we moved cities and lost it . In the same way, there are many things which we take for granted and this effect a quality of our life . We need to do better , be more greatfull to what we have ..this will bring immense positivity too the life.

6. Meditation : Medditation helps to be cantered . It the the “me time “ for our mind and soul …being entered helps you make better decisions .Give it a try .

Hope this helps …
