What are some unwritten rules in India?

  1. Being bilingual or trilingual has no importance in India until and unless one of the languages is English.
  2. If a woman marries a rich man, she's a gold digger.
  3. Women can brutally thrash a man still be safe because the laws are biased.
  4. In India:
  • Short-dress= whore.
  • Kurti= Old-fashioned.

5. Government job is directly proportional to being successful.

6. A man has to get a job by 25 or the society would legit question his existence.

7. You're automatically beautiful if you're fair.

8. Earning money is more inclined towards men while the housework is more inclined towards women.

9. Being a man, you can't expect your wife to make equal financial contribution at home.

10. If a man uses makeup/skincare he's gay.

11. A man can't express his emotions publicly because it's going to make him less manly.

13. A woman can't raise her voice or else she would be labeled as a feminist.

Obviously things can't be generalized but this was my observation so far.

Thanks for reading. Hope y'all are doing good.
