What can improve my life drastically ?
As someone who’s always been striving to unleash his full potential, I’m happy to answer this.
The quality of your life is determined the following 6 things:
- Rest: The amount and the quality (!) of your sleep are a gamechanger.
- Working Out: Run, swim, lift weights, climb a mount, play padel tennis. Just move daily.
- Diet: What you put into your body determines the potential of your body and mind.
- Self-respect: Treat yourself like a king/queen. Don’t allow others to hurt you.
- Real friends: You don’t need 50 friends. Aim for a couple that would do everything for you.
- Sun: Spending time outside in the sun has endless benefits.
Those 6 things can change your life for the better or worse.
