What can blacks and whites do to get along with each other?

How about this? I’m the old guy on the right, mentoring the young man on the left. We have numerous conversations in the course of the day. Large differences in upbringing, similar outlooks on life, he’s just 25 years younger than me. Much mutual respect. Me to his desire to better his personal lot in life. Him to respect my wisdom and willingness to share my mistakes with him, whether in career or personal life. I’ve met his parents, he’s been introduced to my wife, all lovely people in their own right. I would have to say that we get along very well, thank you.
