1. You have to sleep at the right time every day and get up at the right time.
2. Do meditation and exercise every day.
3. Worship God every day or read good books.
4. Learn to ignore people's words, when they speak, let them speak, don't take anyone's words seriously.
5. In free time, go for sightseeing or spend time with your family.
6. Wear good clothes, eat good food, don't think that first I will become something, then I will not do it, try to do what you like now, you will feel good doing all this.
7. Stay less in contact with outsiders because the more the people the more the talk and the more the talk the more the headache.
8. And do what you love to do, and yes learn some skill.
