I recently started having a morning routine and I can definitely say that it has made a difference in my life. Here I am listing out what works for me, there is no hard and fast rule to join the 5am club. You need to have a routine that best suits you. You will realise that it works wonders and empowers you.

-Wake up at 5.30 am
-Prepare the to do list for the day
-Chant some slokas
-Solve a puzzle
-Walk for 20 mins
-Do a quick sketching practice
-Drink warm water
-Manifest your dreams
-Everyday I target to improve myself in one particular skill, this can be according to your choice. It can be for professional or personal upliftment.
By doing the above, I have become more fit both physically and mentally. Have drastically improved my skills. I do alter the routine as per my daily requirements.
Just start doing it eventually you will be benefited b it.
