We would appreciate you if you share something interesting you read from a book that would make an impact on somebody, maybe me?

I restarted this book. Deep work by Cal Newport. This book is based on Productivity. Here is the snap of some lessons.

TIf you want to survive in this 21st century and want to contribute in best manner. Then you have to master these 2 core abilities for thriving in this new economy.

1.The ability to quickly master hard things.

You have to always ready for learning things. You can't sit idle assuming you know everything. The development is occurring very fast. You have to become adaptive of new things as soon as possible. Otherwise you will remain behind from others in this race.

2. The ability to produce at an elite level,in terms of both speed and quality.

No matter how talented or skillful you are,if you are not producing any work no one will trust you. You have to show your work. You have to maintain the quality of product. Due to globalisation, world becomes a Global village. Everything is connected,if you are lacking in quality or speed you will be replaced by someone who is doing the same work at less time with full efficiency.

The definition of shallow work: The work with distraction will not produce good quality of work. You have to work with undivided attention.

The work with full concentration, absence of distraction will improve the quality of work.

Deliberate practice requires uninterrupted concentration.
