How to become healthy and wealthy, 10 rules to become healthy


1. Accept your Flaws and Weaknesses.

Self-acceptance involves accepting yourself without judgment and without trying to change who you are. See yourself for who you are. Spend time in silence to ask yourself the questions that matter: Who am I? What is my purpose, my why?

2. Find the Strength to Assert yourself

Assertiveness is the ability to express your wants and needs respectfully while also respecting the rights of others. Silence the inner critique if necessary: You are worth it. Ask for small favors and appreciate others.

3. Build Confidence slowly and steadily:

Believe that you can succeed in a given situation and that you are capable of achieving your goals.

Do something a little uncomfortable every day.

4. Pracict Positive Self-Talk:

Positive self-talk is having an internal dialogue that is supportive and encouraging. Don't ever underestimate the power of a simple "I can". Be mindful of negative patterns. Notice, label, and let them go.

5. Become aware of Your Self:

Self-awareness lets you understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Pay attention and notice what goes on inside of you. Follow your breath and see the thoughts and feelings that arise. In stressful situations, take a step back and do the same.

6. Create Healthy Boundaries:

Healthy boundaries are limits that you set for yourselves to protect your physical, emotional, and mental lives. Don't let them walk over you.

7. Be confident in your abilities:

Independence is the ability to rely on yourself and make decisions without relying on the approval or validation of others.

Again, stop caring about what they think too much. Whatever life throws at you, be confident to overcome it, when it arrives. Don't waste your time anticipating and worrying too much.

8. Practice your Problem-Solving:

Problem-solving means evaluating situation, identifying the problem and creating a plan to solve it. Remain calm and maintain positivity to boost your skills.

9. Become resilient:

Resilience is the ability to bounce back from difficult situations and keep going despite setbacks. Look for the silver lining and expect your efforts to be important. Think in terms of a growth mindset: Effort will strengthen you.

10. Practice Self-Care every day:

Self-care is taking the time to prioritize one's own physical, emotional, and mental health. Exercise regularly, eat healthy foods, sleep well and enough, and practice your spiritual mind. Read, learn, and practice. Take rest.
