One of the techniques, I will love to share that I am using for the last 2 years and it is working amazingly for me that is called Pomodoro technique.
In this technique, you have to make 4 pomodoros where 1 pomodoro is of 25 minutes in the 25 minutes you have to work very deep then for the next 5 minutes take a rest.
Then again work for 25 minutes then take a rest, then again work for 25 minutes then take a rest.
You have to complete the four cycles and then take the half an hour break in the 5 minutes break.
You don't have to talk about your work or study you can listen to a song, drink water, or just sit with yourself in this way you can work and enjoy it as well.
