What is the difference between a habit and routine?

Yes, there is a difference between habit and routine.

When a habit is made by us then another time it is not needed to use our brain.

For example, in driving, if you are having a good habit then you do not use your brain went to take left went to press break it is all done by the subconscious mind.

But routines are the way to achieve habit, what does that mean?

It means you have to daily follow some kind of routine for some particular months to make it a habit.

If you take the same example of driving then initially you have to make a routine of daily driving and you have done it for at least 2 to 3 months to get it practiced and then it becomes a habit.

So, next time make sure to make any habit you have to be a discipline guy to follow the routine on a daily basis.
