What are some good habits for students to practice before going to sleep, and why?

First of all, we have to understand that good sleep leads to a very good day.

But in today's world, I don't know why it is promoted to sleep less and work very hard this is not the right way.

We as a human are designed to sleep more in the time of our early period, and we grow more than other animals.

It’s because we develop our brain and when was developed when we slept more. So, to have a good routine before sleep these things you can do these.

First of all, drink a full glass of water before the bed because for the whole night, you are not going to water and your body will get dehydrated.

The second thing is to do dinner at least 2 hours before the bed and always make sure to have a very very light dinner.

It means you can have two chapatis with some proteins.

Next make sure to have room temperature below than your body temperature because in a good and cool temperature, we get better sleep.

The next thing is to make sure to not have any kind of noise around you and the last important is to work on your high-quality lights.

It means always have those lights which do not cause trouble to your sleep it should be zero-watt bulbs with colors like pink or blue.
