11 short habits that have a massive return on life


  1. Develop one habit which involves going outdoors. You need a daily dose of the Sun, the air and the soil for a complete well being.
  2. Productive unavailability. Learn not to be available for everyone all the time. Saves you time and gives you power.
  3. Share with caution. Your insecurities are only yours unless you talk about them publicly.
  4. Feel good compass. Do more of that which makes you FEEL GOOD without feeling guilty. Your feelings indicate what is good for you.
  5. Different and kicking. Some people will laugh at you because you're different from them. Fuck it. Be yourself
  6. Focus matters. You'll be able to hit your aim only once you remove all other distractions and see only the target. Even if you miss it, you'll be closer to it than before.

  11. Device holiday. Make one day of the month dedicated to device detox. No phone, no TV, no tabs. Connect with the real world.
