What does it mean when someone says that you're "your own worst enemy"?

Have you heard about the term Karma which has been well described by Shri Krishna in Bhagavad Gita.

It simply means whatever you do you will get that if you do great things then great things will come return in compounding.

If you do bad things then you will get bad things in compounding.

That is why it is said that if you do not control your action, you will have power, your thinking, and your capability then you will become the worst person for yourself even the worst enemy.

It’s because the mind is the best friend and the mind is the worst enemy.
