Which is the best IIT JEE coaching institute in Delhi?

Let me introduce you to Swastik Classes. Swastik Classes is an educational institute, established in 2009. Earlier, it used to run franchise for the 2nd largest and 2nd oldest centre of Vidyamandir Classes, i.e. VMC Anand Vihar. It is running as in independent organisation since March, 2020.

According to me there are a few basic parameters over which one should judge an institute and I will elaborate all of them here:

Faculty
The faculty team at Swastik Classes is led by Mr. Alok Bansal & Mr. Shobhit Gupta, or Alok Bhaiya & Shobhit Bhaiya, as all the students call them. Both of them are the Founders of Swastik Classes, who have been teaching and mentoring students since 2006. They founded the erstwhile VMC Anand Vihar in 2009. Over the years, they have guided 2000+ students to IITs, and have regularly guided students to under 100 ranks. When working with VMC, they used to be on the core academic team of VMC and were amongst the very few faculties involved in the Illuminati program, which used to train the top 100 students of the country. Moreover, they have trained hundreds of teachers for IIT-JEE. Plenty of teachers trained by them are working in various reputed IIT-JEE institutes currently.
All the classes of IIT-JEE course are entirely designed and delivered by both of them only. Apart from them, there is a team of Faculties at Swastik Classes, comprising of entirely IITians.

Teaching Methodology
In today’s context, online classes have become a reality and will remain so for quite some time more. So it is very important to consider the methodology of online classes while choosing an institute.
At Swastik Classes, all classes are conducted in Live 2-way Interactive manner. It tries to ensure that the online classes mimic the physical setup in terms of understanding of the students. As the classes are interactive, the students can ask their doubts within the class itself. Apart from that, there are one-to-one doubt sessions where all doubts can be cleared.
Pedagogy of Learning
The pedagogy of Swastik Classes’ curriculum is centred around the process of learning. Students are given well-defined homework in the form of Pre-Class & Post-Classes Work. Testing & Assessment

There are weekly tests based on a single chapter, which helps students in completely gaining confidence over the chapter being done that week. Then there are monthly tests based on JEE Main pattern, and quarterly tests based on JEE Advanced pattern.
Academic Support
At Swastik Classes, there is an entire Academic team of Coordinators who are not involved with teaching but assist the faculties in teaching. They proctor all the classes and ensure that students are paying proper attention in the online classes. Other than that, they also ensure students complete their homework on time, monitor attendance of all the students and assist them with any other academic support.
Modules
The modules of Swastik Classes are very well designed and cover question of every level, including JEE archives. The theory is well structured and covers all concepts in good detail. If one is completing all the modules diligently, it is all that is required for clearing JEE.
Mentorship Program
There is a one of its kind Mentorship Program at Swastik Classes, wherein every student is assigned a Faculty Mentor & a Coordinator Mentor. The Faculty Mentor has a one-on-one interaction with the students after every 2 weeks, and discusses what problems the student is facing in their journey.
