How do you develop your social abilities?

 


Social abilities refer to the set of skills that allow individuals to interact effectively with others in a variety of settings.   • Improving communication skills: practice active listening, clear and assertive speaking, and effective nonverbal communication.
  • Building relationships: make an effort to connect with others and maintain positive relationships through regular communication and shared activities.
  • Managing emotions: practice self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation in social interactions.
  • Displaying confident body language: maintain eye contact, stand or sit up straight, and use open, relaxed body posture when interacting with others.
