Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2022: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued a Recruitment Notification to invite Online Applications from the Applicants Eligible for the Post Assistant Director (Regulations & Information). Those Persons, who deem to have met the Eligibility Criteria for the Post of Assistant Director (Regulations & Information)
in the Directorate General of Civil Aviation under the Ministry of Civil Aviation may apply following the instructions issued on the Application Link. The Last Date for Online Registration Application (ORA) Portal is slated to end on 1st September 2022 (01.09.2022). Pay Scale: Pay Level-11 (Rs.67700 to Rs.208700) in Pay Matrix under CCS (RP) Rules 2016 Aggregate Emoluments excluding T.A. & HRA at the time of initial Appointment will be Rs.67,700.00 Plus DA (as applicable) Per Month Approximately
Upper Age Limit: General Category Candidate must not exceed 40 Years. Relaxation in Upper Age Limit as per Rules. Upper Age remains Relaxable for Regularly Appointed Central/Union Territories Government Servants up to 05 Years as per instructions/orders issued by the Government of India at times.
Educational Qualification(s): The Applicant should have in possession a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from any duly recognized University.
Working Experience: Seven (07) Years’ Prior Working Experience of dealing with Legal aspects of Civil Aviation.
Note: The Qualifications are Relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing, in case of the Candidates otherwise well-qualified.
Selection Procedure: The Union Public Service Commission, at its discretion may host a Recruitment Test (Computer-Based Test or OMR Answer Sheet based Examination aimed at shortlisting the Candidates for Personal Interviews. The Union Public Service Commission shall shortlist the Candidates as per the Eligibility Benchmark; i.e, Minimum level of suitability in Interviews. And the Union Public Service Commission will invite only such Candidates to appear for a Personal Interview.
Selection Criteria: Selection to the Post of Assistant Director (Regulations & Information) in the Ministry of Civil Aviation is Purely based on a Personal Interview (Viva-voce). The Union Public Service Commission has stipulated Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks to be secured in the Personal Interview.
Selection for the Post of Assistant Director may be conducted only by Either a Personal Interview or by Recruitment Test followed by an Interview. It is mandatory for the Candidates to secure Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks in the Personal; i.e, The Minimum Qualifying Marks for the Candidates belonging to Un-Reserved Category are 50 Marks out of Aggregate 100 Marks. Economically Weaker Section Category Candidates too will have to obtain Minimum Qualifying 50 Marks, Other Backward Classes to score Minimum Qualifying 45 Marks; SCs/STs/PwBDs to get Minimum Qualifying 40 Marks.
*In cases where Selection is made through Recruitment Test (RT) followed by an interview, the Candidate will have to attain a Minimum Level of Suitability in their respective categories at the Interview Stage.

Rs. 25.00 (Rupees Twenty Five only) to be paid either by remitting the money in any the SBI Branch/in Cash/using Net-banking Facility of the SBI or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card.
