Are bank exam really worth it? After all the years of study?

Story of Banker

In India a stable job is everything what one is looking for. Lakhs of aspirants appear for bank exams, but only handful of them clear it. Many candidates even fail at several attempts. The bank examinations are not that easy to crack. Every year the number of candidates increases; as a result, the rate of failure increases. Even I have failed several times too. But when you see your results in the website with this message “We are glad to inform you that……” then there's nothing more happier than that moment. You just want to stay in that moment for years or decades.

When you actually joined the Bank then all that seems to be fade because of work pressure and other things. In banks work pressure depends upon the branch you have been posted and the kind of Branch Manager you got. In this case I'm lucky enough.

Education provides stability in life, and it's something that no one can ever take away from you. It increases your chances for better career opportunities and open up new doors for yourself. By getting engaged yourself into this job does fullfill one of the purpose of your education so that you and your forthcoming generations doesn't have to face all the hardships you or your ancestors faced.

With all the facilities provided by the Bank to his/her employees made to forget you about everything and will motivate you to do your work with more zeal and enthusiasm. For me the second last working day of the month is like that it cannot be described in words as it's our SALARY DAY🤭.

After all the years of study, struggle and what not when you become self dependent then there is nothing more proud and happy moment than that. When you see or feel the same thing in the eyes of your parents all the hard work seems justified so your study was.
