Be friendly with nature. How can we live and enjoy in nature?

BY RESPECTING NATURE.

Without HER - we would be LONG GONE!

As simple as that. Many people do not take time to enjoy nature, and to decouple from the internet and worldly problems in order to recharge their energy and to remind themselves what is truly important to them. Then we become overwhelmed by the demands of our daily lives, and we become disconnected from Mother Earth and from the activities that make life worthwhile.

Some ideas to engage with nature more intimately:

  1. Exercising Outside : Go for a walk or run, Ride your bike, Go for a hike,
  1. Documenting Nature : Take photos, Journal about what you see, Create art inspired by the outdoors, Start a blog
  2. Experiencing Nature: Engage each of your senses while you're outside, Collect objects from nature or fruits,Plant a home garden, enjoy the sun

As Thich Nhat Hanh writes, “Caring about the environment is not an obligation, but a matter of personal and collective happiness and survival. We will survive and thrive together with our Mother Earth, or we will not survive at all.” Love Letter to the Earth, p 82.
