What is the biggest sorrow, sorrow is not big, small, circumstance makes it small and big.
A similar woman came to Gautam Buddha, on whom the mountain of sorrow had broken, she was constantly in trouble, I felt the greatest sorrow of this woman after reading her story.
A wealthy family lived in a village. He had a girl named Patachara, because the family was rich, a young servant used to work in their house, that rich girl was also young, both of them fell in love and ran away and got married because of marrying a favorite young man. The parents became angry and broke ties with their daughter. Despite living a happy married life, he was saddened by the displeasure of his parents. Within a few years of marriage she gave birth to two sons. Then one day Patachara got the idea that the anger of the parents would have subsided now and seeing the grandchildren, the feeling of love would grow. With this thought, she left for her hometown Shravasti with her husband. When Patachara was going through the forest with her husband and children, a snake bit her husband. In the absence of proper treatment, he could not survive and his life was lost. Patachara, lamenting in her husband's separation, had gone ahead with the children that suddenly a wild animal ran away after picking up one of her children, but she did not get distracted and went ahead. But even the calamities were not giving up. A river fell on the way and the other child got washed away in the strong current. Now Patachara was left alone, but where was the happiness in her fate? When she reached Shravasti, she came to know that just a few days ago her parents had left the world after the roof of the house collapsed. She was disturbed by the mountain of sorrows, she became mad, her clothes were torn, she was not conscious, she used to eat whatever she got, the children of the village and mischievous people used to call her pagli and stoned her. At the same time Buddha Dev has arrived in Sravasti. While roaming Patacara reached Buddha, Patachara was in a state of emptiness at that time, Buddha called him and heard his sad story, then Buddha Dev said, 'Patachara, this world is mortal. There was nobody here. Human life is full of troubles and calamities. They surround him constantly. Therefore one should face them without giving up. This sermon had an effect on Patachara. She decided to renounce worldly life and adopt the path of eternal peace and she became the first female Buddhist nun and started traveling and preaching to relieve the sufferings of women.
Now it is known from this story that how much this woman has suffered and I think this is the biggest sorrow, in which this woman lost her parents, lost her husband and children, lost her home and everything. That woman became mad.
Now listen to the discourse of why there is sorrow.
The cause of suffering and the main reason for the origin of suffering is to believe in the substance that is not one's own. which was never his own. Neither is it. And never will be yours. This has been the cause of sorrow since time immemorial, not from today. Happiness and misery are not our basic needs. We feel its need because we are unhappy and we need happiness in the same quantity as we are unhappy. In fact, neither happiness is natural nor sorrow, both of them are artificial, made by our own. When we are sad for some reason, then we start feeling happy when that reason is removed. Collecting resources is not a bad thing, means are useful for life. Treat what is yours as yours and leave what is not yours, that is, as others, then it will not become a cause of misery. For this we have to fix ourselves. Because we very quickly accept the belongings of others as our own. And in the desire to get it, we harm others and also resort to lies. Liars often panic, they have to remember their words. Whereas those who tell the truth do not need to remember their words. That's why truth always wins. For example, if we are sad because of the pressure of a task, then we feel happy as soon as the task is completed, if we are unhappy in the desire of something, then we feel happy when we get that thing, if we get a loved one. If we are unhappy in separation, then we feel happiness when we meet him, if we are sad due to exhaustion, then we feel happiness when we get rest, there are many examples in which we feel happiness only after sorrow. Without sorrow, we do not experience happiness and the cause of sorrow is our own belief because even after having the same circumstances, each person's experiences are different according to their belief, some people can be unhappy in the same situation and some people Happy in the same situation, then some can be calm even in the same situation which is neither in sorrow nor happiness. Since we are constantly unhappy due to stress and pressure, we always feel the need for happiness and to balance it, we resort to entertainment because we cannot remove sorrow, just try to put the mind in another place.
Man is very ambitious who wants everything in the world. Those who have slippers, they wish for shoes, what about those who do not have feet, those who have money, they like to eat in hotels, but what about those whose house does not have a stove today due to poverty.
Happy child's time beyond worldly attachment, hatred, greed, jealousy.
You have used the word animal, it means that all living creatures, animals and humans, have to be included in it.
Otherwise the debate will be limited to the disputed income figure only.
In such a situation, what to write a lot on this. Still, you have to keep a side.
★ Opening Happiness Wellness Department or making happiness the basis of development in place of GDP, these are also organized remedies against misery. It seems from them that despite the material prosperity, the human species is also unhappy.
★ Probably that is why the main goals of yoga philosophy is to get rid of sorrow, note that to get happiness, this goal has not been kept by yoga. Lakshmi worship is not the goal in this.
Nanak says, "Nanak is sad all the worlds"
Why Nanak Dev Ji says like this?
One reason that is clearly understood is that
Man has greatly increased his desires in comparison with both his means and needs, which are not fulfilled.
If we look at the childhood of a human being from this point of view, it is the most sorrow-free. Especially of rural life.
Although ad-gurus ad gurus have sown the seeds of fake needs through the media, which are also sprouting up there in the form of greed, jealousy.
★ Animals don't collect, that's all if the stomach is full. Features do not compile. They don't compete for these things so they never get sad like us. That is why in Dharmacharan, emphasis has been laid on non-possessiveness, not to collect unnecessary things.
So did humans turn back the chariot of their development journey and start living in the forests? No. This is not the meaning of this example. It is also not desirable to become extremely satisfied. Then ?
Healthy competition, new research, improved physical mental level of life, all these are part of the development process. There are few polluting components in all of them, they are also at the mental level such as greed and jealousy. Due to these, the whole society is divided into two parts, whatever name it is - exploitative exploited. Rich poor.etc.
Fear and hunger are the two things that human beings
It is because of this greedy instinct of human beings that they are making the society unhappy. War is also due to this.
*When will there be 3D TV in the neighbor's house in my house?
The neighbor's dog understands the instructions given in English, why not mine?
*Similar things like this at the level of small feelings, greed, jealousy etc. make us more unhappy and come out in many forms in big and big problems.
★ Gods are also seen unhappy with jealousy. As soon as someone did penance, Indra became unhappy. Menaka started sending Urvashi, consulting Narad ji. After all, Indra is just a post or post, enjoyment of joy.
★ That is why Krishna had evicted Indra after stopping the worship of Indra. And got Govardhan worshiped. Go means senses. Go Swami ji = One who has controlled his senses, that Goswami. The same Gopal is the guardian of the 10 senses of knowledge. The one who gives healthy environment to the senses of the name of cow, that which enhances the Govardhan mountain.

From this point of view, Govardhan makes us aware by observing and conserving the surrounding nature.
The more we stay close to nature, the happier we will feel. There is a word in Sanskrit, Hindi and all other Indian languages - to be prakritistha or healthy which is made of nature, it means - the nature of man - which is his self - when the mind is situated in it, then it is called healthy The word has been used in the sense of recovery only after the illness) Doing gardening, gardening, growing plants in pots, farming, excursion tourism also makes us happy.
There was talk of creating a society without suffering through social conduct. Therefore, in order to make the human community suffering free, in Yoga philosophy, in Sanatan Dharma, in Jainism and Buddhism, these 5 social ethics, Panch Mahavrata, Panchsheel, are said. They were called the 5 Yamas and the social ethos of Dharma: Ahimsa Satya Asteya Brahmacharya Aparigraha.
Coming back to misery.
★★ The answer to the question, in my humble opinion, is that due to the excessive enjoyment of the senses, at present man is the most unhappy creature in the world.
Such is the air of the world. Yes, there are islands of the small world without sorrow, here and there in which people living in inner spiritual happiness, living whole social life living happily can be seen
The greatest cause of suffering in a man's life is his own mind, that is, his mind. Man is the only creature who can use his brain properly on this earth and who pretends to be very clever, insidious, hypocritical, honest and good. This happens because God has given all the power to think and understand to us humans. Due to consciousness in the mind of our people, desire, desire, greed, arrogance, so and so and so and so and so are filled with slander. And he is sad for the rest of his life. Happiness and unhappiness are two aspects of life that never coexist. They complement each other and when one exists, the other does not. These are called sun shade, two sides of the coin. There is a sequence of both happiness and sorrow in the life of every human being. There is no person on earth who has not experienced these two.
