10 Habits to follow every day:
- Tell the universe what you want.
We think on some frequency. When we tell the universe what we really want it will make that happen. Our frequency vibrates the frequency of the things that we really want. And we attract the things we think most often. This is the law of attraction.
2. Work hard for your goals.
Show the universe that you are really working hard for your goals and you’re kind of obsessed with your goals. By your acts, the universe will start creating opportunities for you to avail them and move forward.
3. Read a lot.
You can never garner the complete knowledge of anything in this world. There is a lot to learn. Read about the things you don’t know. Never ignore the things you don’t know. This way you become smarter every day.
4. Pay attention to yourself.
Always stay focus on your acts and emotions. Your emotions are the messages your subconscious mind sends you. They tell us either something is wrong or right. But never react on the basis of your emotions. Emotions are just a message. The message could have generated on wrong belief or value. You need to interpret them and then respond accordingly.
5. Respect yourself.
Always respect yourself. Differentiate between ego and self-respect and hold the latter and ditch the former.
6. Always stand for yourself.
I repeat always stand for yourself. You don’t need to please anybody, you would be much happier if you stop pleasing everybody but yourself.
7. Stay connected to people you love.
Parents come first and every other thing later. Stay in touch with them.
8. Stay healthy.
Eat good and move your body every day.
9. Improve your decision-making ability.
We make choices on the basis of our decisions and our decisions define our life. There is a difference between decision and choice. You choose something when you have options. While once you’ve decided something you make sure there is no option but one. So start making decisions for yourself.
10. Choose positive over negative.
If you think positive you attracts positive and now should I state the obvious about the negative thoughts?
- Organize every single thing.
- Don't clutter things up.
- Drink lot of water in whole day.
- Start your day by drinking 1–2 litres of water daily.
- Start your day with Yoga.
- Meditate regularly.
- Work on speaking skills.
- Make your day productive.
- If you want to watching something, watch documentaries, biographies of inspiring people.
- Balance your diet.
- Make a schedule before sleep at night or in the early morning.
- Arrange your room properly.
- Don't give any advice to people, they won't listen.
- Don't think you are perfect.
