How can you get bigger forearms and wrists?

Your wrist and hand strength would be nonexistent without your forearm muscles.
It’s quite similar to the way legs and ankles become stronger.
To put it in a simpler way, they don’t become stronger by themselves. We have to make it stronger. It’s a continous process. They are sufficiently strong the way they are. Unless we stop eating. Daily foods supply the basics. But you gotta hit the gym if you are aiming for “stronger” rough hands+thick forearms as your ideal “strong wrists & hands”. Either fat, or muscle increases depending on whether you work out or not. But keep the bones healthy with calcium and work out all your muscles(including your forearms) regularly. Hit the gym systematically and you should see your forearms becoming stronger day by day and your strength/stamina, increasing as well. Win win.
In order to build and strengthen those muscles, you need to use a “grip trainer.” Pretty straight forward stuff.
These are one of the most effective exercises for this purpose.
Be sure to work both hands. Test your limits and try doing several sets of 10–20 until failure. This will not only strengthen your grip but improve any other lift that utilizes your hands and arms.
