Indian bowler Mohammed Shami created a new record in the India-New Zealand ICC World Test Championship final at The Ageas Bowl ground in Southampton. Batting in the first innings of the match, New Zealand's team was bundled out for 249 runs and the biggest contribution in this was Mohammed Shami, with which this Indian pacer has created a new history by destroying a 38-year-old Indian record.

On the fifth day of the rain-hit World Test Championship final, Indian bowlers took the New Zealand batsmen to the test. Struggling hard, the Kiwis could score 249 runs before being all out.
