Thinking Boxx :- Even though mobile has become a necessity for today's youth, the truth is that excessive use of mobile is spreading diseases like slow poison by spreading in the body.  In several studies on cleanliness, mobiles have been described as dirty along with toilets.

 

Mobile brings the risk of diseases due to cleanliness.  But the biggest concern related to mobile arises from radio frequency waves.  Radio frequency has a thermal effect.  That is, if more radiofrequency is emitted from our mobile, then it increases the body temperature.  This is the reason why the ear gets hot after talking for a long time.  Due to this there is a direct risk of many diseases related to the ear, as well as increasing the temperature, the activity of the brain also increases.

Research is now being done all over the world about its effect on the brain.  If the radiofrequency of the mobile is low then common problems like headache are seen.  It is even claimed that there is a risk of brain tumor from mobile.  The World Health Organization has also predicted such a threat.  As mobile use increases around the world, research into related health problems has also increased.

 Other disadvantages of mobile usage:-

 1 less sleep :-

 There is good evidence that mobile phones contribute to sleep deprivation, especially when people use them late at night or in bed.  Teenagers in particular need sound sleep to help their developing brains, but suffer the most from mobile phone-related sleep problems.

 2 health problems:-

Some studies show that the electromagnetic radiation produced by mobile phones harms human health.  Brain cancer has been cited as a possible effect of long-term regular phone use.  However, it should be noted that there is no firm agreement on the level of damage caused by mobile phones.

 3 Youth Offenses:-

There was a time when teenagers and children used to do nothing, but now mostly mobile phones, often expensive models.  This makes them vulnerable to street crime and general theft.  This is a major problem in cities and urban areas.
