How can you introduce yourself by drawing/Sketch

I think the best way to get to know me, is probably through my art.
This is me, during the quarantine.
I’m Chinese, more specifically, a Manchu. Although, my ancestry DNA test revealed that my ancestors came from southern China, which might explain why I like sweets so much.
While I’ve never worn any traditional Manchu clothing (modern qipao doesn’t count), I did paint myself in traditional Manchu dress and headpieces.
(I did this painting some 10 years ago, I look younger… I know, also I wasn’t very good back then, you can tell from the sloppy dress folds).
I’m an avid gamer, and I work in the gaming industry. I’m required by my company to disclose I work for Epic Games (no, I do not work on Fortnite).
I once paint myself as an NPC of GTA5. I wasn’t very good back then, you can see from the awkward angle of my right arm.
I’m a minority woman living in the US. Fighting for racial and gender equality is my passion. I write extensively on Quora on race and gender issues. I joined the BLM protest last year.
I occasionally use my art to bring awareness to the racism and sexism Asian women face.
I did this piece after the shooting in Atlanta that result in 8 death, 6 of them were Asian women. Throughout the years, I have all of these (and some) said to me, to my face. And the worst part, people who said these usually considered it a compliment and I should smile and thank them.
Being model minority sucks.
I know I’ve been posting a lot of self-portraits, but I actually don’t like painting self-portraits. While I did have several art degrees, I only do art as a hobby. This gives me the freedom to do whatever I want, whenever I want. For the most part, I paint fan art and characters from pop media.
I paint characters I like from movies or TV shows.
Other than straight-up portraits, I also do fun fan art stuff.

I love making things. I recently came to the realization that this is who I am, I’m a creator. I know it sounds pretentious, but I couldn’t find anything better to describe who I am. When I feel sad or frustrated or angry, the first thing I want to do is to draw something, to write something. It is what defines me. So I guess pretentious or not, I’ll have to own up to it.
