First of all, the people you are saying “so called farmers” are the one who provides you good everyday in your stomach. Have some respect. If you think your work is very important, so is everybody else’s. Farmers have been protesting for more than 6 months now and the people from the govt. , well your Modi couldn’t spare any moment to address this anytime. And if you think they suddenly got agitated today and all the focus is now on the hoisting of the flag which I guess you must be seeing your television by the sold out media, that was not a khalistani flag and our Indian flag wasn’t touched at all. And about all the mess, that was created today- definitely there were some people who had directed the mob in a different way and if u agree or not the govt had to do something to shift the focus from them to change the laws. So they did this. Red Fort’s had to be so tight today especially, how come hundreds of farmers and protesters entered and hoisted their flag up there. Please don’t go on giving biased answers. The mistake and damage is done both sides. nobody provides us food we purchase food grain by our hard earned money. On the contrary its taxpayers money which fund their agricultural activities through various subsidies and MSP scheme. Secondly Government was extremely reasonable as they were in continuous dialogue mode, they even agreed to amend certain section and in the end was ready to step back and hold back these reforms for 1.5 years. But it seems that these so called farmer unions are not here for solution but for confrontation. Accepting their unreasonable demand of repealing law will set bad precedent and will make any reforms (any reform in the world is gonna antagonize certain section) difficult. More importantly 1 year back Bhartiya Kisan Union in their manifesto were demanding same reforms brought by this government. But its okay these so called farmers have exposed their true nature for who they are. By putting religious flag on redfort they have shown that maybe at the start the movement was about farmer but now it has taken different shape. Government hands are no longer tied and they have moral high ground that even in the face of grave provocation with more than 100 police men injured fire was not opened and not one farmer was seriously injured. But thankfully now all bets are off.

Who are farmers? These guys are not at all farmers, but very rich people having more than one Tractors, Family Passports and their children are in abroad. These people are nothing but real Middlemen/Brokers who control the Punjab markets including Mandi resulting in injustices to the Marginal Farmers depriving them from cost of their agricultural produce. A very few hundreds of these so called Farmers (?). Now, these new reformed laws were the Expert Committee's Recommendations which hurt opposition parties who will not get their share money /cut-money from the middlemen / Brokers.There is nowhere mentioned in the new laws that Mandi is abolished and also MSP will not be given. Moreover, Govt. is ready to ammend with the MSP and Mandi issues.These people are lead by Political leaders like Hannan Molha(CPM), Yogendra Yadav, RahulG and others having vested interests. Even, These ill-minded agitating people are not accepting Honourable SC’s Panel who were given to investigate the full agitation issues. I don't understand what has happened to kisan leaders. They say why didn't police tried to stop them, what do they think few hundreds of cops can stop thousands of people all with weapons, half on tractors, few on horses. Of course anyone will wait for more force to come in and then tackle it together. It's just that they are exposed. We can clearly see how Rakesh tiket was provoking people with this words. What do they think, they brought thousands of lathi's in one night, they were attacking on police with lathi's having knails on them, with swords who the hell won't step back until you have support. They collected these stone in one night or from road sides. It is visible how it was preplanned.

Modi govt is no saint, but this so called farmer revolution is a rogue terrorist movement. 8 lakh students lost their degrees for the negligence of govt and education mafia, every day people eating poison as food adultration is rampant..but I don’t see any revolution or people hitting the streets!! Farmers have always been exploited by middle man but nobody cared till date. Without political patronage such movement can not happen. Congress is doing this cheap politics while all their cards have failed. Well thats too much of nonsense. Not every person is same and not everybody is to be blamed. “I lost respect for sikh community” lol. Did you lose respect for all humans because a number of them are rapists? Or did you lose respect for all the women because a few of them are pseudo feminists? Or well , did you lose respect for all the husbands because a few of them are violent towards their wives? Respect a person as a human and not as a hindu or sikh. No offense.

• Do u think Delhi Police is so useless that they can't stop a few hundred people from entering Red Fort? Not even a single body has fallen so far
• Let me explain u with an example..... Do you remember this news? "1966 Hindu massacre in Delhi: When Indira Gandhi government killed hundreds of Sadhus and Gau rakshaks". Any protest has two components for success. Public Support and Money
• Remember Anna Protest? Even when police used force, the public support for Anna increased Today with this protest, the public support had washed off. Those folks who 2 months back were putting DP and asking farmer support are against it now.
• Naturally, when Public Support is gone, the money too will dry and we are not in hurry to get borders vacated.
• People memory is imp.While we all remember how IndiraG used force and killed Hindus and no one remember why she opened fire on Hindus. After today we will remember how these so called farmers took law in own hands and Modi govt was so sensetive to farmers that he didn't hurt them
• What Modi is doing today is not for him or party but for nation which you will understand after 5 or 10 years. He is openly exposing the rotten system and asking you to forget social media activism and come on road.
• Today protest has also shut mouth of those loud mouth MP in UK & Canada parliament who were advising India and also shut Biden mouth even before it opens up. It is easy to sit in stand and advice Sachin how to bat on pitch while he is known as God of Cricket
• So stay cool and calm, What happened or happening is good for nation and was necessary Regarding Rahul Gandhi, AAP and whole congress, the mask if off. They will be now seen as terrorist supporters and their farmer base is eroded completely

Wait, if you are thinking that government is being truthful, then please rethink. Govt saying that MSP will be continued is a blatant lie. The main purpose of these bills is to slowly pull hands from unnecessary procurement which is a financial burden. So, as a rational producer, farmers don’t want any risk on their income.

It was Kangana who was diverting. Diljit was talking about referring of a old women protestor as 100 Rs waali. And if you follow Diljit, you would come to know about his character.

Langars are being funded by villages of Punjab & Haryana. Almost daily, tractors arrive with food supplies from villages to different borders.

Govt proposals are about to delay the issue so that they can get rid of the protest for current moment. They had proposed to HOLD the bills and enter into talks. What is the benefit of that?

I agree with you on the last point that they ruined thr tractor march and the essence of protest. Weaving a religious flag on a national symbol was unacceptable. That was a shame. But, it is also to be noted that 90% farmers were following the designated route.

And lastly, you said that these are not farmers and i know why. Please don’t generalise everyone. They are farmers who earn well, and hence can afford prolonged protests. Whoever it is, nobody wants to have a risk on his income. Either a poor farmer or a rich industrialists.

Punjab & Haryana people purchase Madhya Pradesh's wheat for consumption & sell their 3rd grade crop full of pesticide & chemical fertilizer to Govt (& ultimately to poors through Food schemes).

Rice should no more be cultivated in Punjab & Haryana. Even America & Europe don't purchase Indian Rice. They consider Indian rice as “no nutrients & full of chemical”.

Punjab Haryana farmers are rich & they should switch to more valuable & less resource intensive crops (require less Water & Chemicals). Punjab has one of the highest rate of cancer.

So Chill and trust your Leadership. These people are Legends and the best Judge. In the early 1930s when the west was grappling through a long financial depression, Germany was creating thousands of jobs. There were no jobless on the streets as what was seen in the aftermath of WW1. While the world was begging Germany was thriving. But ask the Germans today if they want those glorious days back.

The problem with the farmer agitation may be that they may not have a leader who leads with an iron hand grip. There are many factions within the group. Some may just be there to create trouble. The thing is we will never know.

Let's hope that you are right and we don't end up with something irreparable like demonetization.
