Why was Scarlet Witch so much stronger in Avengers: Endgame and Infinity War than in any of the previous films she appeared in?

In Age Of Ultron, Wanda and Pietro had never been out and used their powers like in the opening scene. While she was undoubtedly powerful, she’s the strongest at the end after Pietro kicks the bucket.

To me, Wanda’s performance and powers were best in the scene in Lagos. We never really see her help other people (Steve), use a protective shield/force field, and stop the detonation of a bomb in other movies.

Not to mention she takes control over the Mind Stone and sends Vision about six floors down.

Infinity War Wanda left everyone shook. We’ve seen some great feats by her before, but stopping some alien spinner blade things (if you know the names of these, feel free to edit or tell me), and destroying an Infinity Stone while holding off the most powerful being in the universe?

Can we get a “Wow queen!” from everyone?

Wanda is probably the happiest she’d been since her parents died with Vision. It mentions briefly that Steve, Sam, and Nat had been on the run for about a year or two, so this leaves Wanda and Vision a lot of time together. They were obviously in love with each other, and love can make a person oblivious to other things. Wanda would have definitely been happy with Vision. This may have increased her power, like in Age of Ultron. Except instead of pain, it’s joy.

Just admit it, everyone cheered during this scene. We see Wanda, who became many people’s favorite character in a short amount of time, come back and get the revenge she well deserved. Her hatred for Thanos, who indeed had taken everything from her, fueled her on to nearly kill him. Wanda’s powers were on point in Endgame and Infinity War.
