Who is that celebrity who, from the physical appearance, would make anyone tell that vegans are in excellent health?

I immediately state that I am not vegan. But I have friends and relatives who are and I must say that few of them could fit into the pale and skinny stereotype that normally goes (for those unfamiliar with the vegan diet) to vegans.

Here I can recall rather striking examples of people who profess a vegan faith, have an enviable physique. A physique that you would believe fed on steaks, but no, only vegetable proteins.
