Who is more muscularly built between Henry Cavill as Superman and Chris Hemsworth as Thor?

Before I get started, I just wanted to say that these two guys have insane bodies and they push the limits of our rather frail human bodies. Both of their bodies show very hard work, dedication, and determination.

Henry Cavill

Henry is listed at 6′1″ and weighs 193lbs (87kg) when he started in Man of Steel.

According to

Henry Cavill Man of Steel (Superman) Body Workout Routine | Kinobody

Henry has a body fat percentage of less than 10%, that's very impressive.

When he plays Superman, padding is used to give him an even more bulkier look, which makes it look like he's over 200lbs.

Chris Hemsworth

Chris is listed at 6′3″ and he said he weighs around 215lbs (97kg) when he plays Thor.

Chris Hemsworth's Height

According to

Chris Hemsworth Height Weight Body Measurements

He has a body fat percentage between 10%-15%.

So who is more muscular?

In my opinion (and also judging from their respective public stats), I would say that

Henry Cavill as Superman

is more muscular.

However, I do think he was more built and bigger in Man of Steel than in BvS or Justice League. He looks much more leaner.

For his height, I personally find his body more impressive as there is more muscle to body ratio than compared to Chris.

Chris Hemsworth is still very muscular though, but I think his body and muscle type is more leaner and matches his frame more, being taller than Henry Cavill and all.

Nevertheless, these two have amazing bodies and both are definitely worthy (no pun intended) of playing these two iconic heroes.
