Which Indian food you like most as a tourist?

I read some answers here about Indian food is not good but I am totally disagree with it, because India has the biggest variety of foods all over the world and especially I love Indian food. I don’t know what kind of experience they people had but I can’t agree with them because Indian food is the best food I have ever tasted in my life. Because of this even in Australia I started eating Indian food on regular basis my favorite places like Indian restaurants in Melbourne  Indian restaurants in Sydney Indian restaurants in Australia Sometimes I make by my own because of some Indian friends help me to do that.

When I visited to Indian I have tasted so much food, few of them I am going to add here and once again I love Indian food. Have a look at my journey for Indian food My first place to visit is Punjab, I ate following food in Punjab:

1. Sarson Ka Saag Aur Makki Ki Roti

2. Tandoori Chicken

3. Chole Bhature

4. Shakkar para

5. Lassi

6. Aloo Paratha

7. Dal Makhani

My second Destination was Kerala:

2. Dosa with Sambar and Chutney

3. Idli Sambar/ Chutney

9. Coorg Pandi Curry

10. Kootu

Third and last destination of mine Maharashtra and honestly speaking above all I love maharashtrian food the most, I have tasted so much food their I am going to tell you very few of them:
