——The Pearl of the Indian Ocean
- When I see this problem, my first thought is such a city. It has a population of 140000, so many people are "crowded" on an island with an area of only 1.5 square kilometers. It has an airport, but the airport is built on an adjacent island. It is very mini, but it has complete public facilities.This beautiful city is called the Pearl of the Indian Ocean. It is the capital of Maldives, malé.
The city has two characteristics - dazzling white coral reefs and mostly painted blue and green doors and windows, which form a strong color difference.
The houses are usually built high and narrow, which is said to avoid the invasion of demons.
Because they were once under the jurisdiction of the UK, some buildings also have a thick British style atmosphere.
Mal'e is divided into four areas: henveyru, galolu, machchangoli and maafannu. There is no asphalt road on the street.
Looking from the outside, it is full of Dutch brick pavement. The Imperial Palace and government agencies are mostly two-story bungalows. The garden outside the house is covered with all kinds of grass and wood, including papaya, coconut, mango and hulamei.
In this pocket capital, there are as many as 600 taxis running all the time. In addition to motorcycles, the most commonly used means of transportation for local people in Malé is taxis.
The beautiful male is famous for its rich tourism resources.

My feelings for Maldives come from the hard work of Chinese workers. The friendship bridge assisted by China, which connects mal é and Maldives airport, facilitates the travel of residents and tourists.

The sad news is that due to the impact of climate change, mal é, with an average altitude of only 1.2 meters, may sink in the coming decades! The beautiful city will disappear into the sea.
