What will China do with Jack Ma?

The China of Xi Jinping makes an example with Jack Ma.

Xi Jinping wants to show everyone that even a tech billionaire as powerful as Jack Ma thought he was is nothing compared to the central power in Beijing.

Xi Jinping wants to show that no one in China can criticize the ruling power without risking his security.

Jack Ma was able to experience an incredible development with Alibaba because it met the expectations of the Chinese Communist Party. By criticizing the Chinese Communist Party, Jack Ma took big risks. He thought he was protected by his position, but he was not.

Nobody in China has the right to criticize Xi Jinping and the Chinese government.

Even the richest Chinese must prosper by following the rules laid down by Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party. This is a clear message sent by Xi Jinping.
