What two pictures, when compared, best capture the difference between Canada and the United States?

How about in just one picture?

The Maid of the Mist boat (top part of the photo) is carrying tourists on the US side to see Niagara Falls up close. The Hornblower (bottom) is carrying tourists on the Canada side from The Falls back to the point of embarkation. This photo was taken recently, during the COVID pandemic. Notice any difference?
