I wish that people knew that the Lord of the Rings is just the conclusion to an epic tale that spans over a time period of thousands of years. For many people who are new to Tolkien’s world or have just seen the movies, the tale begins with the creation of the rings of power. This could not be more further away from the truth. These people are missing out on so much.

And so much more. I just wish more people knew about the awesome stories and events that take place prior to the Lord of the Rings.
