What country is culturally the most opposite of Netherlands?

Mexico. Basically polar opposites.

1. In Mexico you can show up to your family one random day or cook for them and invite them over for dinner anytime. If you don't want to freak out a Dutchy, don't do this. Over there, you need to plan days in advance, for how long, and why they are visiting. There are many unwritten laws for people visiting your house, even family.

2. In Mexico you do nice stuff for people because it's a nice thing to do. In NL, if someone does something nice for you, you are expected to return the favor some day.

3. Mexico works unholy long hours. It's the most overworked country in the world with the lowest pay and inequality (yet doesn't suffer from depression and suicide like Japan due to its culture). NL works the shortest hours and is the nation for part-timers and has some of the best benefits for workers.

4.The food is day and night. In Mexico what poor people eat regularly would be classified as a 5 star restaurant meal in the Netherlands. In Mexico, people eat to enjoy, in NL people eat to survive. Candy in Mexico is also spicy/sour. Candy in NL is sweet or licorice.

5. NL has no corruption, homicides, insecurity, violence, and crime like Mexico. They're basically polar opposites in this matter.

6. The humor in Mexico is extremely simple. People find a joke in everything, even their own suffering. As soon as the coronavirus hit the country they made music videos and memes about it. The humor in NL is dry and sarcastic and they are very blunt in everything they said. Mexicans also talk about death like it's their friend, you welcome her, laugh at her or cherish and celebrate her. In NL death is a dark topic no one wants to talk about and people fear.

7. Mexico is one of the most biodiverse countries in the world, you can find anything relating to nature and landscapes there. In NL, you're lucky to find a hill or mountain.

8. Dutch are happy because they have very little to worry about with their amazing system and safety nets. Mexicans are happy because they are extremely family oriented, always gather and share meals, so they'll always have the support they need. Mexicans can be really happy simply because they are eating delicious order tacos with Mexican coke for $4. Being happy in NL can take a little more work.

9. Dutch people won't stop talking about the weather and when it's finally sunny outside they BBQ and enjoy the sun in their face for a few hours. Mexicans don't talk about the weather.

10. Mexicans dance a lot on every occasion. It's weirder if you don't dance than if you make a fool of yourself. Everyone wants to have a good time. In NL you pretend you don't know a song to look cool and dancing seems off limits unless you go to a rave.

Edit: for all my Indian friends saying this could or might as well be India: you’re right! In fact there’s a movie with Hrithik Roshan where he marries a famous Mexican actress and ever since then I think Indian/Mexican is the perfect combination.
