Top 3 are fruits. These three fruits are called mukh kanikazh in Tamil literature. They are undouble my favorites.
A karthakolomban mango from Jaffna, Sri Lanka
Jackfruit from Sri Lanka, (I don’t know where else it’s available with similar quality)
Well ripen (should be ripen more than in picture) Itharai vazhai from Jaffna.
Non commercial Desi cow milk with good quality dates.
stuffed paratha with subzi. I liked panner stuffing. I’d like it from north india.
Rice flour puttu with vegetable curry! Putt taste better when eaten with curd spinach and pulse.
Idly and sambhar accompanied with vada Karnataka version.
Pongal with vadai and sambhar from Tamil nadu.
Vegetarian steamed momos from east Inida.
Jaffna, Sri Lanka vegetarian Thali which is close to Kerala Sadhaya but there are minor differences. The picture represent is close not accurate enough to differentiate.
