What are some of the old forgotten recipes of Indian dishes?

Some of these are Kerala’s unique, not common and almost forgotten dishes.

Old forgotten recipes:

1.Panankanji (Pana veragiyadhu)

An old recipe not known to many Keralites today. This is made from the powdered trunk of a particular variety of palm tree.

2. Panayada -A sweet Ada made from the same palm flour.

3. Thavittu kanji- A porridge made from Rice Bran.
