Leaving their marriages aside, why does Kate Middleton get along with the royal family so much better than Diana did?

Because Kate is pleasant to be around with. Kate is friendly, sweet, a little bit shy, humble, lovely, and down to earth. Everyone around her feels comfortable. She does not think she’s above anyone and gets along with anyone who encounters her.

Kate follows protocols, rules, works as expected and does not whine and complain about her royal duties. No staff has really complained about her, it seems that she treats her staff well, and she seems to enjoy what she’s doing.

People do not feel scared and nervous around her. She has a sunny and soft vibe.

She’s also very athletic and seems physically and mentally healthy and stable overall.

A very happy person who always has a smile on her face. No wonder the whole royal family loves her. There’s nothing to dislike about Kate.

Kate does not seem fake and comes from a happy family herself.

Her love to Prince William seems genuine.

Her American sister in law has a very different personality and vibe, she’s strong, strong-willed, and extremely confident:

Diana had a different maturity than Kate. She was so much younger when she married Charles and she was certainly more dreamy, unrealistic and naive about expectations of her in the royal family.

Their relationship was one sided, Charles did not love her deeply and did not love and respect Diana as much as Prince William loves Kate. Their body language does not show passionate mutual authentic attraction. Chemistry-wise they were a mismatch.

Prince William lost his Mom early and is holding on to his connection with Kate to emotionally fulfill his female figure gap (as Harry is holding on to Meghan once married).

Kate and Prince William’s body language shows a lot.....
