He has not been able to workout anymore because of pain. Yes, that is the first symptom of drug abuse. He has been through multiple surgeries and if he continues to workout with the same intensity he would end up a cripple. Even steroids cannot help that and in fact drugs are to blamed for that in the first place. Needless to say it fucks up the hormonal balance and sex life is ruined. He is not even 40 yet and with so much tendon damage and anxiety about future, it's just not worth it. There are better ways to build up a legacy and being a drug addict is not one of them. The 3D delts isn't anything that could be conclusive to indicate ped use, the 3D ness of delts is primarily and fully dependent on genetics. There aren't any more “Androgen receptors" in the delts and traps as people think. It's a huge misconception and is to the majority of cases false.
The people on gear who look good, look good because of their genetics and muscle insertions. Not because they took peds and it blew up their shoulders and trapsy But who cares now-a-days. Perhaps natural selection is faster than we think. Probably the roid strength and muscle stamina/recovery benefits combine with terrible weight lifting form would easily ruin joints very quickly. One common exercise, the bench press, can easily damage the shoulder rotator cuffs by over extending arms and not keeping the shoulders pressed against the bench - add 500 reps per year or more of doing that exercise wrong and the shoulder joints are blasted. Furthemore, steroids cause that feeling of invulnerability and lack of proper recovery time, it's simple to see why the steroid muscle gains of this guy is just a lifelong mistake. I think the only thing I have an issue with is how some companies use people like this as fitness models selling products such as pre workouts, Creatine, protein etc, suggesting their products are the reason behind the gains. I don’t see how those pictures change anything. All I see is a guy who has years of constant body building and training plus some body fat, verses a guy who has years of constant body building and training minus some body fat, and better toned. Yes he put some growth on his shoulders, but 8 to 9 months for someone already advanced in muscular growth as he is, is not that hard to believe let alone a feat in any regard. I have never used steroids. In my 6 years of training I have never done anything for shoulders other than reverse flys and side raises. Luckily I was taught this in the beginning.
I got the “3D”’look by doing that. I find people focus way too much on front delts but they get enough work with bench and incline presses and add nothing to the astetic of your shoulder.
I don't disagree with you I've seen this guy for years and he is on gear. but you can get the 3D shoulder naturally focus on back and side of the shoulder muscles. No offense but I've seen that profile picture you have up for years on the internet…is that you? That guy is on gear in that picture. I just find it funny that you have that profile pic and make this post.
All I’m seeing is a better toned man with less body fat, and a tiny bit more build to his pects and shoulders. Exactly If you burn 7,000 calories a day then losing some fat isn’t such a big deal. Also the second pic, he is clearly below 10% but based on the pic I don’t think he’s below 5% because there’s no obvious stirations around the Delt area. In my own personal experience it’s usually fat guys who are out of shape that make steroid accusations, usually to manage their own insecurities
I will answer yes. definitely.
There are always places where you can look for evidence of steroid use right away.
An area is where the trap meets the shoulder-the area is truly defined and extended. On the shoulders, you get the literal "steroid shoulder" or "3D shoulder". Lazar has these two effects of spades: prismatic traps and rounded shoulders that cover the upper arm 360 degrees.
Another thing to consider is the "amount of time" to reach the physique in question. Now to be honest, as far as Lazar's figure has gone, I think it can be said that in this particular case, the time frame is not important because it seems obvious. But please check the side-by-side comparison below for less than a year:
Here, your body composition has not only changed dramatically, but you have lost weight while gaining muscle twice, just looking at your shoulders before and after. The androgen receptor in the trap greatly promotes the growth of the shoulder. I dare say that from the initial pile of equipment to the shredder, it is likely to be used in large quantities.
Of course, we can't just prove anything with pictures, but I definitely think he took steroids.
