Is taking the Marrow app for medical students useful?

Yes, very useful especially in this time of changing PG entrance patterns. Marrow focuses on clinical concepts mainly - which is what you need for the current entrance exam trend. It saves alot of your time, so that you can focus on alot of topics in a very less time, and revise and that too sitting at your home or work or travelling or anywhere, without wasting time on a classroom coaching which takes alot of money and are so exhausting. With my personal experience i am sharing this. I will briefly elaborate on the content:

  • Videos- there are really good lectures by the best faculties. And you can watch it on speed you prefer upto 2x, and revise it again and again. Almost all the high yield topics are covered. And alot of previous year MCQs discussed at the end of each videos. Rohan Khandelwal sir makes surgery so simple, clears all your concepts, one will fall in love with surgery if it is taught in such a simple way. Other faculties like Sakshi mam, Ila mam, abbas sir, Rakesh sir are also best, they simplifies every topic that clears all your concepts.
  • Subject wise test modules: after each video you can solve MCQs related to the topic or chapter and can bookmark any question if you wish to read it later. They cover each and every topic and an awesome explanation to all the questions. They even explain the wrong options to each question to rule out the answer. So if any question is asked related to the topic you are all set.
  • Grand tests and Mock tests: it gives you a feeling of the real exam. And all the test cover the high yield questions. And you can assess your preparation from time to time. With each test you can grow confidence, and this prepares you for the real exam.
  • Pearls: there are pearls with high yield topics which helps you in a quick revision before exam, or anytime. You can read them in your spare time. It is an extra interesting way to study.

  • Custom modules: you can create your own custom module of the topics you are weak in, can solve it anytime for revision.
  • MCQ of the day: it is the most interesting part There is always one MCQ of the day. When you open the app it always has one fresh new MCQ everyday with an explanation.

Previous year question papers are also there, which is very helpful, thats why i said marrow is a one stop solution.

Take Marrow if you are in 3rd, 4th or final year. Helps you form solid clinical concepts. If you have written NEET or AIIMS or any other exam you will realise, how helpful marrow is. You will never have to refer anything else. It is very convenient. And with your dedication and hardwork and with Marrow you can definitely get success. I would call Marrow as the ladder to victory. All the best guys.
