It's fair to say they'd be absolutely floored by both after demonstration, but on first impressions - no contest.
Unveiling of the Boeing 747
The 747 flew only 67 years after their first flight, and just the wingspan of 224ft is almost twice the distance the Wrights managed to fly at all on their first successful attempt!

As men of the early 20th century, the 747 would appeal to their sensibilities. Records then were broken in style. The fastest ships were the most luxurious. Airships allowed you to fly in opulence. Men who set speed records did so wearing suits. The late 1800s, the period the Wrights grew up during, were known as the ‘Gilded age.’ I can only guess, but I'd say they would be truly humbled by this flying hotel capable of crossing oceans at 600mph (which in 1903 terms is still unthinkably fast) in total comfort and safety; equipped with beds, bars and entertainment for hundreds of people. The 747 is the core beliefs of their time embodied.
While they’d be seriously impressed by the F-15 at first sight, and awestruck after a demonstration, I don't think it would appeal to them in the same fundamental way. During the First World War and after the death of his brother, Orville Wright revealed his hope that aircraft would be a deterrent from war rather than an asset.
Today we're used to long distance air travel and it's easy to take the jumbo-jet for granted. But because of their values for peace, as well as the preferences for grandeur during the day of the Wright Brothers, I can't help but think it's the 747 that would capture their imagination and impress them the most.
