Yes, but it would have been very different.
No doubt that Hitler’s aggressive expansion in Europe was what drove that particular continent to war. Without Hitler (or at least, without the Nazi party) it seems likely Europe remains at peace during that period.
Not so in Asia however. Japanese military expansionism was in no way contingent upon the Fuhrer. It may be questionable whether Japan still attacks the USA in a world where there is no theatre of war in Europe, but I have zero doubts that their expansion into Manchuria, Philippines and other areas would still have taken place.
Of course you could argue that it is then no longer a “world” war, but a regional conflict. I wouldn’t necessarily disagree with that.
