Elon Musk became the richest man in the world in an incredibly fast way.
This is even faster when you remember that Tesla was on the verge of bankruptcy in the year 2019. And then everything changed dramatically in the beginning of the year 2020.
The situation then accelerated dramatically when the coronavirus pandemic took over the world in March 2020.
The actions taken by the Fed and other central banks triggered a Tech Bubble in the stock market. All Tech companies' shares saw their valuations explode in 2020.
Tesla has benefited even more from this Tech Bubble so far.
Tesla's market cap is now over $800 billion. At the rate things are going, Tesla will join companies with a market cap of more than $1 trillion in the coming weeks.
Elon Musk will therefore continue to see his theoretical wealth increase sharply.
As long as this tech bubble has not burst, Elon Musk will remain the richest man in the world. When this tech bubble explodes, things will get complicated for Elon Musk.
