How did Tina Fey save a man's life this year?

Hello

Known for her roles in the hit series 30 Rock and Saturday Night Live, Tina Fey was interviewed by Jimmy Fallon this week and she told the story of how she saved a man's life while on a holiday with her family.

After spending 2 months in quarantine with their children, Tina and her family decided to go on a holiday and rented a house near the Hudson River where they could finally get some fresh air.

The first day of the holiday didn't go as planned, as she states:

The first morning that we were there, I was standing outside with my coffee, and I just hear something going, 'Haaalp’.

Is that 'help' or a bird? Is that a person saying, 'Help?'

She asked her daughter and her husband if they could hear it too, and then they decided to call the police.

When the police arrived they all waited to hear the sound again and when they finally did:

The cops take off and then we found out a couple of hours later that it was a guy who flipped a kayak in the Hudson and was floating.

They found him a mile north in the river.

He doesn't know it, but it was us.

It would be funny if the man saw this interview and found out who sent help.

Also, never kayak!

In the Hudson? That's not like a stream. It's like a rat toilet!

What a lucky man!

Thank you for reading.
