Who are studying indology?

Though I am not an expert in Indology here is my bit.

Before we explore who studies Indology , we need to understand why study Indology?

• Our contemporary world is globalized at popular culture level like music, food, dress, entertainment etc. But deep cultures of dominant and predatory civilizations like political Islam and Christian West still compete for supremacy and conquest of different kind at world stage.
• India is a final frontier for conquest for commerce,culture, lifestyle, entertainment , ideology , faith etc due to its huge population and growing economy .But India is weak in its cohesiveness as a country and still is a wounded civilization after 700 years of brutal Islamic rule and 300 years of Christian British assault.
• British colonizers were the first to develop Indology from rulers point of view to plunder India’s wealth. They have systematically developed a false narrative on Hinduism , Sanskrit , caste , history , education system of India and hence made sure Indians always felt inferior about themselves with a very low self esteem. But the tragedy is even after 70 years of independence things haven’t changed much on Indian narrative within India and outside India. India being secular and democratic is not a free country in many ways and confronted with hostile Islam and opportunistic Western media and academia and cunning christian evangelists from across the globe on its narrative.

Now I shall categorize thee types of Indologists who work independently and they do collaborate each other when required .They all claim to produce rational and evidence based research in Indology. According to me they only differ in integrity and intent.Most of them belong to “Break India Indology “and some “make India Indology”

• WESTERN INDOLOGY/NAZI INDOLOGY
• Indologists of British Raj’s legacy is carry forwarded by American academics. They wear “outsider lens” to set the narrative factory about India and they are the authority on study of India , Hinduism and Sanskrit. They are hard working scholars and self proclaimed stamping authority to produce Indologists and Sanskrit scholars .
• The so called South East Asians studies are an internal domestic issue for such people and only these folks with their ideology can earn positions in academy and publication rights in their peer reviewed journals. I see them as Adharmis of highest order and false repository of Indian knowledge stems from them. Examples include but not limited to:

Wendy Doniger

Audrey Trusche

William Jones

BBC, CNN ETC.

• These smart Hindu phobic scholars who themselves are non Hindu practitioners discredit Sanskrit as oppressive and Hindu icons/literature/gods as demonic. They see only problems such as caste, violence , women oppression in ancient and current India and see nothing good about Hinduism.
• They are the major proponent of Aryan invasion theory and claim Muslim invasion was good for India. They claim Nazis in Germany were influenced by Sanskrit to commit violence. Anyone who challenges them will be isolated and branded as Hindu fundamentalist, Militant Hindu and later these terminologies are imported to Indian academia and Indian media .
• While broadcasting and publishing anything about India media houses like CNN , BBC , Reuters , Newyork Times, Washington Times etc as well as around 400 western journalists stationed in India use this Indology as yardstick. So now you know why above media highlight only negative news like honor killings, dowry deaths , Hindu fascism , Rapes etc as they are towing the narratives of western Indologists.

• COLONIAL INDOLOGISTS/BREAKING INDIA INDOLOGISTS:They can be also categorized under URBAN NAXALS
• Being insiders and natives they are pigmy intellectuals and hence wear outsider lens.They are the powerful home team for western/nazi Indologists . They are colonized lazy Indologists seeking positions, career , trophy and aspire to be in limelight. They are loyal sepoys of western narrative of India and Hinduism and air brush anything good about India and Hinduism.
• They are innovative in drawing fake paralell narrative of Hindus with fascism , Taliban and islamic state.They rubbish babas , Gurus , cow protection and Hindu festivals as irrational but are very thankful for Brutal British masters for India’s democracy and liberalism. They will never acknowledge that hot bed of Indian pluralism is Sanatana Dharma.
